I ate 3 pieces of homemade Banana Bread and some tea.
My breakfast is boring, but I had a bowl of Grape Nuts and a homemade chai latte.
Chai with Almond Milk and Agave was my opener and then I had Nancy’s plain yogurt flavored with Lemon fish oil (nothing fishy about it), agave and topped with Millet Rice cereal. Two slices of Ezekeil’s raisin toast. More tea to wash it all down.

I love LaConner
Breakfast was as usual, a delight:
Organic rye flakes soaked in soy milk, topped with unsweetened coconut, cut up apple, organic raisins, walnuts chopped, whole re-hydrated cranberries, ground hemp seeds, ground organic flax seeds, 1 Tbsp organic cold-pressed flax seed oil, and….a few chocolate chips, served in a blue pottery bowl, made by a local potter! Following this, a toasted piece of sunflower rye bread made by a local bakery, with a Saskatoon berry spread.
For breakfast this morning I reheated some calimari appetizers from last night’s dinner out with my sister, then, when heated through, I added a scrambled egg (her chicken’s!) with Dubliner cheese pieces, pepper and hot sauce…very tasty!
As a real estate broker for Coldwell Banker Executive Realty here in McMinnville, OR I stuck to the regimen. I had an almost cooked eggy sandwich on rye for our local health food store Harvest Fresh. Oh yes, and a cup of blonde coffee in a plastic mug and headed out the door. YUM!
tempeh bacon and tofu scramble!
I had a whole wheat bagel with honey. I would rather have been at the Queen of the Valley!
Wow, lovely to see so many commenters here! I had a bowl of home made granola with raisins and, of course, coffee, sweet elixir of wakefulness!
Two boiled eggs, 7 almonds, sliced cameo with cinnamon, merrymint and green tea.
I had a toasted bagel with cream cheese and some locally roasted Mud Bay Coffee!

I’m hungry after reading all of these. Interestingly enough, the only thing I had this morning was freshly prepared carrot/apple/kale/ginger juice. And hot Sri Lankan tea.
