Welcome to Northwest Cheapsleeps’s Internet Website (“Website”). Northwest Cheapsleeps is a website comprised of a blog about affordable travel and a searchable directory of affordable lodging in Oregon, Washington and British Columbia. By using the Northwest Cheapsleeps website, you agree to comply with and are legally bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).  Please read them carefully. These Terms of Service apply to all Northwest Cheapsleeps online services and features unless otherwise indicated. If you cannot agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website. Visitors to this Website (“you”) are responsible for obtaining any equipment and Internet service necessary to access our Website and for any paying of any fees for the equipment and service you select. We may alter, suspend, or discontinue this Website or any portion of our services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without any liability to you, with or without notice. The Website may also periodically become unavailable due to maintenance or malfunction of computer equipment or other reasons.

The term “Content” means all information, text, images, data, links, software, or other material accessible through the Website, whether created by Northwest Cheapsleeps or provided by another person for display on the Website. Northwest Cheapsleeps respects your privacy and will make every attempt to responsibly handle personal information about visitors to the Website.

Our Cheapsleeps Finder is designed to allow Members to post information about themselves, including descriptions, rates, contact information and photographs of themselves and their lodging accommodations, to their listings. By posting your photograph and/or any personal information, you waive any privacy you expect to have with respect to the viewing or use of such personal information. If you do not want your photographs or personal information viewed by others, do not use our Services.

We may collect certain other personal information from you that is not disclosed in the Cheapsleeps Finder, such as your name. We do not ordinarily share this information to unaffiliated third parties without your consent. However, we reserve the right to disclose such information without your consent to prevent an emergency, to respond to an emergency, to protect or enforce our rights, to protect or enforce the rights of a third party, or in response to a subpoena court order or as otherwise required or permitted by law. In addition, we reserve the right to provide such personal information to third-party service providers who assist with our Services.
